Please have your "Angel" gifts returned to FBC by Wednesday, December 3, 2014, so we can sort and transport them to the Salvation Army.

We had 50 "Angels" on our tree and all were taken! Thank you everyone for your participation in helping children within our community!

The Cambridge Cold Weather Shelter has been cleaned, stocked and set-up for its opening on December 1st.

Help support FBC in preparing weekly bag lunches and monthly dinners with the "Loaf of Love" boxes.

If you would like to help prepare the bag lunches and dinners or serve a meal at the shelter, please see Donna Engle.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

With thanks to everyone at First Baptist and Sunny Day Christian Preschool who donated to Operation Christmas Child, we packed 130 shoeboxes this year.

CHRISTMAS ANGEL TREE

Due to budget cuts at state level Baptist Family & Children Services, we are not able to host a Christmas Store this year. Instead we are helping our local Salvation Army Angel Tree ministry, help children within our community.

Our FBC Youth Group will be holding a Bake Sale on Sunday, October 19th during Sunday School and after the Morning Worship Service.

Proceeds will go toward the Habitat Ecumenical Build to help put a local family in their new home before Christmas.

FALL CONCERT at FIRST BAPTIST of CAMBRIDGE

 

The Reunion Quartet from Princess Anne, MD will be presenting a Gospel Concert at our church on Sunday evening, October 19th, at 6:30 PM. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
