We are pleased to welcome Austin Nute as our Interim Pastor. Austin and his wife Fran are long-time members of First Baptist Church of Cambridge. Austin has previously served as Pastor at First Baptist Church of Laurel.

Please, come and join us for Austin's Spirit inspired messages and worship the Lord with us every Sunday morning at 10:30 AM.

Sunday School is Resuming!

Sunday School will resume on Sunday, September 5th at 9:15AM. It had been suspended since the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.

Set your alarm clocks a little earlier and come out for a time of fellowship and learning.

Drive-In Services begin April 26th at 10:30AM

Drive-in Church MarqueeFirst Baptist Church of Cambridge is pleased to announce that we will begin a Sunday morning drive-in worship service starting April 26th. The service will begin at 10:30 AM in our parking lot at 501 Glenburn Avenue. The lot will open at 10:00AM and we request you arrive early so you are parked prior to 10:30 AM.

FBC Cambridge YouTube Channel - NEW!

During the COVID-19 pandemic while large gatherings are prohibited, we will be using YouTube to minister to our congregation and guests. Pastor Aubrey will be providing video updates, messages of inspiration and lead us in worship.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

First Baptist is concerned, as is everyone, by the threat posed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to our members and their families and to our community and the world. We continue to hold our Sunday morning service but are asking our members and guests to make a few small changes to protect their health and the health of everyone.

  • If you are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please stay at home and address these health concerns with your doctor.

FBC Welcomes the Stephen Lynerd Group

First Baptist Church Cambridge is hosting the Stephen Lynerd Group on Sunday, Jan. 27 at our 10:30 a.m. Worship Service. The quartet will present a program of sacred and classical music as well as their original gospel jazz arrangements on piano, guitar, drums and vibraphone. The group is based in the Chicago area and comes to Cambridge as part of their East Coast Winter Tour.

Hurricane Relief Drop-Off Site


Beginning September 5 until the end of October, First Baptist Church is a donation collection site for hurricane victims in Texas and Florida.
